How we work
Pre-Production Engineering
Using customer-provided Gerber data, we generate manufacturing data for PCBs, ensuring compliance and determining process steps and checks.
Manufacturing
The manufactue process include: Board cutting, printing, etching, AOI, lay-up, drilling, copper deposition, imaging outer layers, plating, soldermask, surface finish, and profile.
Testing
Each PCB undergoes electrical testing against the original board data. Utilizing a flying probe tester, we meticulously check each net to ensure completeness and absence of shorts.
Delivery
We ensure timely shipment of completed PCBs to your specified location, employing reliable shipping methods to guarantee safe and prompt delivery.
After-Sales Service
